Mini Shoot

£10 on booking, rest payment due the day before booking date. 

terms and conditions below for both mini shoot and full shoot.

The boring stuff

1. All photo sessions must be paid for in full in advance preference being the day before the photo shoot, I will do a refund only if I can not make it on that day due to other reasons. If you can't make it or your dog is ill, then another date can be arranged. Postponing a date could you please let me know at least a week before if possible, but if there is an unforeseen problem I'm sure we can work something out. 

2. If the weather is going to be not suitable for us then maybe another locations or the date put off for another day

3.. The safety of your pet is of utmost importance for me, As I like to pose your dog I will do so only if you are happy with the safety and welfare of your pet, so please tell me during the shoot if you're feeling unsure.

I will not be held responsible for any injures occurred to your pet before , during or after the photo shoot. 

4. I will take as many photos of your pet so that I have a good choice for editing and passing on to yourself. So there is no limit of shots.

5. All photos are copyrighted to me the photographer and Photos by Sue that includes digital files, previews and remaining images remain exclusively to me.

6. if you wish to upload any photos to the web, then only low resolution is advised due to high resolution ones are more suited for the internet , large scale photos are best for printing. 

7. Waiver of liability: client expressly releases the photographer, her employees and agents from all claims, damages, and liabilities that may result from accidents or incidents that occur during the photo session. This waiver of liability includes waiver of any claim that may be a result of  negligence.  

8.   I retain copyright for all my images.

9.No photos taken myself can not be used for commercial use or competitions or for resale. 10. When you pay for the photo shoot you are agreeing to my terms and contisions  

11. I reserve the right to use any image I take on a shoot in my marketing, whether this is in print, social media, or in any publication. No people in any photo will no be used unless I have a written agreement between yourself and myself. Your images have a private gallery on my stock/portfolio site for you to view and buy prints etc.

12.  I may sell images on other platforms like Getty or stock photos and other platforms. Once sold onto different platforms I then have no control of how they are used in any form.
